Natalie Mambretti Lewis B.Ed., M.Ed.,
Lead Educator & Executive Director
Mrs. Lewis received her Bachelors Degree. in Special Education from Texas State University in San Marcos. She went on to earn her M.Ed. in Special Education from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She is the Executive Director and Lead Educator for Our Mother of Perpetual Help Educational Program since its founding in 2014.
A Texas native, Mrs. Lewis has had a love for God’s special children her entire life. Her mom describes her as a child who always played with and paid attention to those children often forgotten by others.
Since 2011, Mrs. Lewis has worked as a private educator for several families who have children with Down Syndrome, including Dr. and Mrs. McGehee. She is married to Zachary and raises longhorn cattle on their ranch in Glen Rose. She and Zachary are guardians to a very special young man with Down Syndrome. They have three fur babies: Chesney, Bogey & ranch-pup Sugar Bear.
Nicole Holland-Carter B.Ed., M.A.
Lead Educator & Assistant Director
Mrs. Holland-Carter received her B.S. in Education in elementary education and generic special education from Texas Women's University in Denton. She received an M.A. certificate in Family Mediation from Abeline Christian University in Abilene. Mrs. Holland-Carter has taught for 22 years for Plano ISD and a total of 33 years in various positions all but 5 of those working with students with special needs. Nicole began her involvement with special needs students as a junior in high school, working in various elementary schools as part of a major study program at Plano Senior High School.
Nicole is a native of Texas growing up in Plano, and she and her husband Dave are proud parents to two grown children and one grandchild.
Cara Davis Olson
Lead Educator & Life Skills/Vocational Coordinator
Cara fulfilled her passion and dedication to education by graduating from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, complemented by a minor in visual arts. Her personal experiences as an autistic individual have shaped her perspective and deepened her empathy, enabling her to connect with students on a unique level and provide them with the support they need to succeed.
Cara, originally from Arlington, Texas, currently resides in Lake Worth with her husband, Michael. Together, they share their home with a lively bunch of pets, including three dogs named Axl, Emma, and Senator, as well two cats named Sardine and Bruce.

Therapy Dogs
We love dogs at OMOPHEP! Chesney (pictured in her mermaid costume) and her brother Bogey are our resident therapy dogs at the school. Recently, Ms. Nicole's Frenchie, Aggie, joined the pack and is as sweet as can be.
